I've been working with buyers and sellers since 1981 mostly in Upstate New York and now here in Southeast Florida.  Over the course of my career, I've owned my own company, recruited, trained and managed offices and have always been very active in real estate sales. 

I love helping others achieve their real estate goals. My primary specialization is in residential real estate working with Single Family Detached Homes, Condo's and Co-Op Sales.

I am an accredited Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and share my expertise and resources with tailored guidance on downsizing, reverse mortgages, and navigating the emotional, financial, and legal complexities of helping Seniors stay in their own homes or transitioning to new housing, such as retirement communities.

I strive to provide my clients with every imaginable service to assist them with their real estate goals. My strength lies in my ability to educate, market, negotiate and problem solve for you to get you to closing. But the service doesn't end there. You really become my Client for Life. I'm  hear to continue to assist you with tax grievance, recommendations for home upgrades, contractor referrals, real estate investment strategies and anything else pertaining to real estate.
